1. Standard Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos or video evidence

  • Include your order number

If approved, we will:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • Or issue a full refund

Return shipping for defective products will be covered by MADBOX.

3. Pre-Orders

For pre-order purchases:

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled within [X days] of purchase for a full refund

  • After production has started, refunds may be limited or subject to a processing fee

If a significant delay occurs beyond the announced production window, customers may request cancellation and a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Custom or limited edition items (if stated as final sale)

  • Digital products (if applicable)
